Our BOINZ (Building Officials Institute of New Zealand) accredited surveyors inspect a building externally and internally for significant visual defects. We provide an extensive room by room written report that is independent and based on New Zealand Standards (NZS4306:2005). We use a non-invasive moisture testing process and alert you to any areas that require further investigation.

The building maintenance report will include possible remedial solutions and a time-frame of best practice repair – immediate, near future, planned. Where possible, the report will identify materials used and this will aid with sourcing repair or replacement providers.
