When undertaking a Pre-Purchase Structural Building Inspection, our BOINZ accredited surveyors inspect a building externally and internally for visually significant defects, particular attributes, gradual deterioration and any significant maintenance that is required. We provide a full site, external and internal, non-invasive room by room written structural building report that is based on New Zealand Standards (NZS4306:2005). General property information such as paths, fences and ground levels are reviewed. Property Solutions Inspections include a non-invasive moisture testing results in these reports and alert to any areas that require further moisture-related investigation. Our reports are comprehensive and easy to read, get an estimate.
